I’m in love with HL milk!! Haha, it really tastes good and builds strong bone! Yet I must remember that I cannot drink too much, or problems will come too! :-) I’m consuming the small carton one every day… So at least my digestion is okay!

Gave bible study to two members just now, want to thank God for his wonderful presence! You know each time, the more nervous I get before I take praise (in my previous prayer meeting group) or when it comes to giving BS, the stronger the presence gets… The warmth, it’s really an addictive nice feeling (!!!!!!) But I don’t get that panic every single time, so I really treasure...
